Real Madrid goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois, advised Eden Hazard to dump Chelsea for Real Madrid in the summer.
Courtois was Hazard’s teammate at London before the former moved to Spain last summer after the World Cup.
Hazard, whose contract at West London expires in 2020, has refused to extend his contract and has openly confessed his admiration for Madrid and their coach, Zinedine Zidane.
“I don’t know if Hazard is going to sign for Real Madrid, nor do I know if the club wants him,” Courtois told Onda Cero on Wednesday.
“For me, he is a great player, but I don’t decide those things.
“Each one decides what he does with his life. For me, he is one of the best in the world and as a friend, I would like him to be here.”
