What Hazard must do to emerge world best- Zola, Chelsea Assistant Coach

Chelsea’s assistant manager, Gianfranco Zola said the club’s superstar, Eden Hazard will have to improve on his impressive performance in order to be considered as the world best footballer.

TheEcho recalls that Hazard scored his second hat-trick for Chelsea last weekend when the Blues played against Cardiff in the Premier League.

After the Belgian was taken off, Zola was seen bowing down to the Red Devils captain as he took his place on the bench.

Zola, however, opined that Hazard was still not at his best.

He told Chelsea TV, “Eden is a fantastic player and is getting to have more maturity when he plays so the results are mainly due to his qualities.

“Of course he’s the type of player that it can benefit him a lot because you have a lot of the ball, close the opposition’s goal and in these conditions Eden can take a big advantage.

“I think he’s still not at his best. The more he plays in and understands the system, he’s going to be even more effective.”
