I hate being on bench- Hazard warns Sarri

Chelsea playmaker, Eden Hazard has told the club’s head coach, Maurizio Sarri that he prefers being on the pitch to sitting on bench.

The Belgian was benched for the first two Premier League matches under Sarri.

While he came off bench to provide an assist for Pedro against Huddersfield during their Premier League opener, the football superstar was also instrumental to Chelsea’s victory against Arsenal on Saturday.

He told BT Sport, “It is better to be on the pitch than watching on the bench, but the boys when they are playing they did well so I am just happy for the win.”

However, Hazard admitted liking the style of play of the Italian coach.

He added, “He is the kind of manager who wants the ball, to control the ball.
