Russian billionaire and Chelsea Football Club Owner, Roman Abramovich has come hard on the new manager of the West London Club, Maurizio Sarri.
TheEcho recalls that Sarri was unveiled this week after signing a-three-year deal with the Blues.
According to the UK Sun, the Italian has been told to change his attitude. Sarri was linked to many racist abuses when he was in charge of Napoli.
While being unveiled earlier in the week, the former Napoli manager apologised for his racist remarks against Roberto Macini, former city boss in 2016.
Sarri said: “I am an extremely open person, I do not have these kinds of problems, I hope I will show this when I am working here and living here.
“These mistakes were made, yes, but when someone makes a mistake, he must apologise and accept some allegations can be made by the press.
“More than apologies, I hope you will have the chance to get to know me better and forget about this very quickly.”
Another directive the club owner reportedly gave the Italian is stopping his usual smoking habit during half-time.
It would be recalled that he was earlier banned from smoking in Napoli before given a designated place in the dressing room solely for that purpose.

However, Abramovich has told him to adopt “a British attitude” if he wants to remain with the Premier League giants.
The third order is his dress code. He has been told to always suit up on matchdays and during press conference. This is against the usual tracksuit he is used to.
