Chelsea head coach, Maurizio Sarri has made known, what he intends to achieve with his squad and fans during his stay at the West London club.
The Italian who was unveiled on Saturday after the sack of the club’s former coach, Antonio Conte said he wants to inculcate the spirit of 100% hard work and 90% fun into his players.
According to him, he was fortunate to have achieved this while in his former club.
“In Naples I was very lucky to find my players adapted to my way of football,” Sarri told Chelsea official website.
“They were strong as players, and strong from a human point of view. I was lucky to transport my idea of football onto the pitch, with the quality of these players.

“The players have to enjoy themselves. First of all, I hope the fans can enjoy the team. I want to bring enjoyment to the fans, the fans have to be proud of the team. 100% hard work and 90% fun.
It is impossible in my job to promise something else but I will surely give all in my possession to win something with Chelsea,” he said.
All things being equal, Sarri will be in charge of the club for the next three seasons.
