World Cup 2018: How we will defeat France- Belgium coach reveals game plan

Belgium manager, Roberto Martinez has revealed how the Red Devils will play against France in the semi-finals of the World Cup tournament on Tuesday.

Martinez in an interview with ESPN FC emphasized on the need to pay close attention to PSG’s Kylian Mbappe during the encounter.

He confessed that his men would need to be at their best while they face the Les Blues in order to have a chance of qualifying for the finals.

“The players have been working together extraordinarily well for many years, and they deserve to be exactly where they are today,” Martinez said.

“It’s a trip into the unknown. We’ve never been in such a situation, and that’s why we need our team spirit more than ever against France. We need to be the best version of ourselves.

“Both teams have the right mix of youth and experience and also lots of individual talent.

“We will need to anticipate (Mbappe) and be well-positioned. We need to defend spaces more than the player himself. But we are not going to forget the others since France has a very complete attacking pattern.

“This group of players needs to play without fear to keep all of its options open. It’s like a voyage to the moon: We need to face it full of illusions.”

The match is slated for Tuesday at 7pm (GMT +01).
